WBmerge does not have a built-in feature to change the order of worksheets or columns in a merged workbook, but it easy to do with a few simple steps. First, make a copy of any workbook in your set of workbooks to merge. Second, open the copied workbook and re-order the worksheets in the desired order. Third, re-order the columns in the desired order within each worksheet, do not move columns between worksheets. You can delete your data in the copied workbook to make it easier to work with, this will make re-arranging columns easier. Once you have the copied workbook in the desired state, you can open it in WBmerge and select the desired worksheets and columns. You may also want to save your work to a WBmerge Template.
